The first season of the live-action Star Wars show premiered on Disney+ in December 2024 and finished in January 2025. It follows a group of kids who grew up protected on a remote planet as they begin exploring the galaxy, encounter pirates, and attempt to return home. The show received generally positive reviews, earning a 92% rating from critics and a 79% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, but Disney+ has not yet announced whether it will be renewed for another season.
