Netflix has a great lineup of new shows coming out this week, from April 20th to 24th, 2026, including a new installment of its most popular original series. There’s something for everyone – whether you’re in the mood for a comedy or a suspenseful drama – but these five new series are definitely the ones to watch this week.

As a critic, I wasn’t surprised to see Beef dominate Netflix charts again last weekend – it was the clear #1 show in the U.S. and a must-watch, as we at ScreenRant predicted. The French crime drama Bandi and the Italian legal thriller The Law According to Lidia Poët both started gaining traction, and I have to point out that Lidia Poët is currently sitting at a perfect 100% on Rotten Tomatoes – a seriously impressive feat!
