The recent Star Wars sequels took a more serious approach than the earlier, often campy films. However, certain lines of dialogue have become surprisingly iconic, even overshadowing the plot of The Rise of Skywalker. A prime example is Poe Dameron’s simple explanation of Emperor Palpatine’s return: “Somehow, Palpatine returned.” Oscar Isaac shared in an interview with the Happy Sad Confused podcast that this line wasn’t originally written into the script; it developed during filming.

Wow, can you believe 2027 will be the 30th anniversary of Final Fantasy 7? It’s crazy to think about! As someone who first played it when it came out on the PlayStation, it’s a bit mind-blowing. Seriously, Final Fantasy 7 was such a huge deal for RPGs, and I think the way the game started, with that whole section in Midgar, really changed how stories were told in video games forever.

The new movie is scheduled to be released on November 25, 2026. It’s the fourth installment in the Fockers series, featuring Ben Stiller, Teri Polo, and Robert De Niro. Before it comes out, audiences can enjoy many other films starring De Niro, showcasing his versatility as an actor.

Although Hearthstone receives regular updates and still surprises players, the Battlegrounds team consistently impresses me. This is particularly notable because Battlegrounds isn’t the core part of Hearthstone. While other game modes have been removed (like Mercenaries), Battlegrounds continues to thrive and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere soon.

Prime Video’s gritty superhero show, The Boys, has become a global hit, and the fifth and final season is set to deliver even more intense action. The fourth season was a huge win for the streaming service, attracting over 55 million viewers worldwide – a 20% increase from season three. The show has become a cornerstone of Prime Video’s lineup, alongside its spin-off Gen V and the upcoming series Vought Rising.

The British actress first gained recognition for playing Eleven in the hit Netflix series Stranger Things (2016–2025), earning her two Emmy nominations. James Gunn recently shared the first photo from the set of Man of Tomorrow on social media. The post confirmed that filming has started and also offered a sneak peek at the movie’s new logo, which was visible on a clapboard in the background.

Cinematographer Gyula Pados, who is working on The Legend of Zelda movie, shared a photo on Instagram marking the end of main filming. The picture shows what the main character, Link (played by Benjamin Evan Ainsworth), will be wearing. While it looks like early concept art and not a final shot from the movie, it gives a good idea of what Link will look like. You can see the image below.

A recently released image shows a chessboard alongside a lanyard belonging to a correctional facility with the name “A. Luthor” (referencing Alexander Luthor). This suggests Lex Luthor will be imprisoned sometime during the movie, possibly at the start. The image also features what looks like the logo for Man of Tomorrow, combining Superman’s shield with a three-dot symbol familiar to DC Comics fans. You can see the image below.

Elden Ring, created by Hidetaka Miyazaki and Yui Tanimura, is known for its incredible battles, and a new mod promises to make the fighting even more challenging. Although there aren’t any plans for new official expansions like Shadow of the Erdtree or spin-off games like Elden Ring: Nightrein right now, the game’s dedicated modding community is creating new content to keep the experience fresh.
