I was really impressed with Megan Park’s first feature film, The Fallout. It’s a powerful movie, and she’s clearly a talent to watch – she just released another film, My Old Ass, this year. The film centers around Elliot, and the actress playing her does a fantastic job portraying both the younger and older versions of the character. Chloë Grace Moretz delivers a strong performance as Elliot, and Jenna Ortega is equally compelling in a key supporting role as her friend, Ruthie.
