Marvel Studios is experimenting with new Spider-Man stories through the animated series Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, which focuses on the hero’s beginnings. The second season is expected to feature a symbiote storyline, potentially setting up future events for Tom Holland’s live-action Spider-Man.

The second season of the show centers around Anthony Norman, a temp worker at Rockin’ Grandma’s. Unbeknownst to him, everyone he works with is an actor. The season follows Norman as he participates in a company retreat filled with bizarre situations, all filmed in a mockumentary style. He genuinely believes everything is real, leading to humorous reactions as he navigates strange coworkers, unexpected friendships, and increasingly ridiculous events, essentially going with the flow as the absurdity escalates.

The upcoming Man of Tomorrow is a crucial film for DC Studios, and its success could determine whether James Gunn remains in charge, especially with the possibility of new ownership at Paramount. Officially announced as a sequel to Superman, the movie is slated for release on July 9, 2027, and recent reports indicate that Adria Arjona will be joining the cast as Maxima.

Guy Ritchie’s best work blends tough, violent action with a surprising amount of humor, making even his darkest stories funny. For example, The Gentlemen features over-the-top scenes like a bloody machete attack and someone being made to act like a chicken. The show’s popularity proves there’s plenty more exciting material for Guy Ritchie to explore.
