Season four of Bridgerton has concluded, with this installment focusing on the romance between Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) and Sophie (Yerin Ha), in a story reminiscent of Cinderella. Each season of the show follows a different Bridgerton sibling as they find love – the first season centered on Daphne (Phoebe Dynevor) and Simon (Regé-Jean Page).
Despite boasting a stellar cast including Christian Bale, Joel Edgerton, John Turturro, Aaron Paul, Ben Mendelsohn, Sigourney Weaver, and Ben Kingsley, the movie Exodus: Gods and Kings wasn’t a hit with audiences. Released on December 12, 2014, the film faced criticism for its lack of diversity, received poor reviews, and was released during a busy time for holiday movies. Though it cost approximately $200 million to make, it only earned $268 million worldwide, falling short of expectations for director Ridley Scott and 20th Century Fox.
The cast included several actors who had appeared in various Star Trek shows and movies – a franchise famous for its memorable characters and strong performances. It might seem surprising to connect Batman with Star Trek, but this overlap highlights the wealth of talented actors working on television in the 1990s.

As a longtime Star Wars fan, I’ve watched Sam Witwer become a legend within the galaxy far, far away. He’s practically royalty thanks to his incredible work as Darth Maul, The Son, and even Emperor Palpatine! But for many, myself included, his portrayal of Galen Marek, a.k.a. Starkiller, in The Force Unleashed games is what really stands out. Even though those games aren’t considered official canon anymore, fans – and I’m definitely one of them – have always wondered if Starkiller could ever return. Hearing Witwer himself express interest recently got me thinking, and honestly, an animated movie feels like the perfect way to bring that character back to life.
Though Butcher cared about Ryan, he had trouble being a father figure. His own difficult relationship with his dad and his strong dislike of superheroes made it hard for him to connect with the boy. Ryan wanted Butcher to be a positive role model, but Butcher unintentionally pushed him away. As a result, Ryan began to favor his biological father, Homelander, and seemed destined to follow in his footsteps.
Even after EA fixed the issues and updated the game, the initial problems hurt its reputation. The Star Wars brand name initially carried the game, but we haven’t seen any new installments since, which is surprising considering the Star Wars Battlefront series had been doing well for over ten years. It used to be a groundbreaking series, but now development seems to have completely stalled.
Free game offers pop up on the platform now and then, but it’s important to be aware that they aren’t always well-publicized. You often have to sort through a lot to find the worthwhile ones. That’s the situation with a game that’s currently free on Steam. If you claim it through its Steam page, you’ll own it forever and can download it whenever you like.
It’s definitely possible we’ll see more movies based on Nintendo games. While Super Mario is their most popular franchise, other characters could also lead their own films. In fact, rumors suggest Donkey Kong, who appeared in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, might be getting a standalone movie soon.
