I’ve been a huge fan of Avatar: The Last Airbender ever since it first aired on Nickelodeon. I used to watch the series constantly – Nickelodeon played reruns for months before the live-action movie, The Last Airbender, came out in 2010 (and I even saw that at midnight!). Later, while in college, I watched its sequel, The Legend of Korra. Over the past twenty years, I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve rewatched Avatar: The Last Airbender – it’s been countless.

Despite a big promotional push from Amazon MGM Studios, the movie Masters of the Universe wasn’t a success when it came out in theaters on June 5th. Now, just two months later, the studio is releasing it on streaming. According to reports, Masters of the Universe will be available on Prime Video starting July 22nd.

Players can choose from three starter Pokémon: Browt (Grass-type), Pombon (Fire-type), or Gecqua (Water-type). Recent reports suggest the new version will also include updated battle systems, better ways to play with others online, potentially brand new Pokémon types, and a huge selection of over 300 Pokémon to collect.

Following a busy couple of seasons on television, CBS is planning some changes for its popular NCIS franchise when it returns this fall. In addition to bringing back Mark Harmon as Gibbs in season 3 of NCIS: Origins and Michael Weatherly as Tony Dinozzo Jr. in the original NCIS, the network is developing a new spin-off series – something they haven’t done since NCIS: Origins first aired in 2024. This time, they’re using the same method they previously used to launch new NCIS shows.
