The animated adaptation of the classic comic Rogue Trooper is almost finished. Director Duncan Jones, known for Warcraft, first announced the project in 2018, the same year his film Mute debuted on Netflix. He describes Rogue Trooper as the British equivalent of Marvel or DC comics. This latest project was uniquely created using Unreal Engine 5—a tool usually reserved for video games—making it a challenging undertaking. After years of work, the film is now close to being ready for release.
