The film subtly showed the passage of time and different periods in Michael Jackson’s life through visual changes. These included alterations to his facial features, depicted through surgical enhancements, and the gradual lightening of his skin tone as a result of his vitiligo. The movie begins with his early years in the Jackson 5 and culminates with his iconic 1988 performance at London’s Wembley Stadium during the Bad World Tour.

Kat Graham, who played Ross in the movie, said that some scenes, including the ones she filmed, had to be cut due to legal issues. Although her scenes didn’t make it into the final version of Michael, she noted that the filmmakers did their best to keep the story intact.
The popular new animated film will be available to rent or buy digitally on April 28th, just under three months after it came out in theaters. You’ll be able to find it on DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K UHD starting June 2nd, and it will include some extra content as a bonus.

As a fan, I always felt the Inquisitors in Star Wars were a bit underwhelming. They were supposed to be these frightening hunters, but they didn’t really come across that way, especially since we first met them in a show geared towards kids. They almost never actually showed anyone being killed, and their spinning lightsabers just felt silly. Later on, things like Jedi: Fallen Order, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Tales of the Empire tried to fix that, but it wasn’t until the newest series, Maul: Shadow Lord, that the Inquisitors finally felt as menacing as they were intended to be.
