Science fiction and Westerns might seem like an unlikely pair, but shows like Westworld have successfully combined them. While futuristic technology feels out of place in a Western setting, both genres share a common story structure – the adventure into uncharted territory. They both explore themes of venturing into the unknown and the conflict between order and lawlessness, which is a central focus of Westworld.

I’m so excited! I just read in Variety that filming has started for Moving season 2! All our favorites – Ryu Seungryong, Han Hyojoo, Zo Insung, and Go Younjung – are coming back, and they’ve added Won Gyubin to the cast too! I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Season 29 of South Park is coming back on September 16th at 10 pm Eastern and Pacific time on Comedy Central, and will be available on Paramount+ the next day. In the eighth season finale of FBI, Anna Vorpe reappeared as the head of the NSA. Her meeting with the team, specifically Isobel and the others, wasn’t planned; they just happened to be responding to a hijacking that turned out to be a secret operation. For the entire hour, OA, Maggie, Scola, and Eva had to cooperate with Vorpe and her people, only to be betrayed when Vorpe, with the backing of new ADIC Lawrence Green, tried to conceal a deadly bio-attack that occurred in Manhattan. OA understandably protested, leading to his dismissal by Isobel’s superior.

Horror fans have a curious habit of embracing movies that critics dislike. You’re just as likely to find passionate fans of poorly-reviewed slashers as you are of critically acclaimed horror films. There are actually a lot of horror movies that critics panned, but that fans still adore.

The episode “The Encounter” was removed from broadcast because of its deeply flawed and offensive portrayal of race. This might come as a surprise to dedicated viewers of The Twilight Zone, the celebrated horror series known for its forward-thinking views and tackling of difficult topics. However, despite good intentions, this episode was a significant error in judgment.

The new CBS series is the latest addition to the popular FBI franchise and comes from the team behind the original show, including Dick Wolf and showrunner Mike Weiss. Starring Tom Ellis (known from Lucifer) and Nick Gehlfuss (One Chicago), the series centers on FBI Special Agent Bill Goodman, a by-the-book investigator, and CIA Agent Colin Glass, who is more mysterious. The K-drama WONDERFools is part of a growing trend: superhero parodies set in everyday life, where characters have strange and often over-the-top powers. While shows like Cashero (starring Junho) and Strong Girl Nam-soon (featuring Byeon Woo-seok as the villain) have gained popularity, they haven’t quite reached the level of the 2017 hit Strong Girl Bong-soon. However, WONDERFools might finally be a worthy successor to that earlier classic.

According to reports, Firebird Pictures has acquired the rights to adapt Fay Weldon’s 1980 novel, Puffball, which was previously made into a 2007 film starring Reilly. Morgan Lloyd Malcolm, a playwright known for their Olivier Award-winning work, is writing the script for the new television series. The project is currently in development and doesn’t have a home on a network or streaming service yet, and no actors have been cast.
