All Renewed & Canceled TV Shows From February 8-15

Between February 8th and 15th, 2026, TV networks and streaming services announced a variety of changes to their programs. They renewed several popular shows in genres like competition, reality TV, and romance, but also cancelled both established and recently launched series.

Some programming choices were made before new shows even premiered, while others happened after issues arose or ratings were reviewed, ultimately influencing what appeared on both cable and streaming platforms.

Rehab Addict

HGTV has reaffirmed its commitment to creating a respectful and inclusive environment both on and off screen. The network removed a series from all platforms after a racial slur was discovered in some footage. The show had aired two episodes of its ninth season in July 2025, and was originally scheduled to continue on February 12th. The problematic footage appeared online, prompting the removal.

Terminator Zero

Mattson Tomlin revealed the anime series was cancelled despite strong reviews and positive reactions from viewers. While people who did watch it loved it, the viewership numbers weren’t high enough for Netflix, which didn’t make a public announcement about the cancellation. Set in the world of Terminator, the show, featuring both English and Japanese voice actors, first appeared in August 2024.

The Floor

Fox has ordered two more seasons of its hit game show, The Floor, bringing the total to six and seven. Michael Thorn at Fox praised the show’s energetic style and growing popularity, noting it’s become the top game show on television. This renewal will keep The Floor on the air through the 2026-2027 season. The show, hosted by Rob Lowe, features 100 contestants.

Running Wild with Bear Grylls

I’m really excited to hear that Running Wild with Bear Grylls is coming back for a ninth season! It’s been a while – the last new episodes were in 2023 – and now it’s heading to Fox. I always loved how the show mixes incredible survival challenges with really personal stories, and Fox seems like a great fit for that. No word yet on when it’ll actually premiere, but it’s cool to know it’s happening after previously airing on NBC and Nat Geo. Robert Vanover is still running the show, which is reassuring – he clearly knows what makes it work.

Off Campus

Prime Video quickly renewed the series Off Campus for a second season, even before the first season premiered. According to Peter Friedlander, the show delivers compelling, character-focused stories that appeal to viewers worldwide. Based on novels by Elle Kennedy, Off Campus will launch in May, with Louisa Levy as the creator.
