Following its three-week run in cinemas, Tron: Ares is projected to earn $63.1 million in the United States and Canada. The film saw a significant drop in ticket sales this week – down 58% – bringing in $4.5 million from 2,940 theaters. Despite this decline, Tron: Ares is now expected to outperform Disney’s Fantasia 2000, which earned $60 million domestically when it was released in 1999.
