Vision’s words about love lasting forever are his way of telling Wanda it’s alright for him to die. But it also speaks to a bigger idea about grief – that it’s simply love continuing after someone is gone, which can be a comforting thought. Even though people we love may no longer be with us, the love we feel for them remains, just like the heartwarming message in the Pixar movie Coco.

The MCU Has The Perfect Chance To Pay Off WandaVision’s Grief Line

Marvel is continuing the story started with WandaVision and Agatha All Along with a new series called VisionQuest. Paul Bettany will return as Vision, and James Spader will reprise his role as Ultron. This show will focus on Vision’s journey and has the potential to finally resolve a key storyline from WandaVision, particularly regarding the grief counselor introduced in that series.
