I really appreciate how different these shows are from each other, but I also find their common threads interesting. I’m glad *The Paper* is coming back for a second season, and I’m hoping it continues for at least four or five seasons. The characters are well-developed and engaging, and I’d love to see how they grow over time. Plus, the season finale left things open-ended, which makes me eager to find out what happens next.

Matt Reeves has revealed that the next Batman movie will feature a villain with a personal connection to Bruce Wayne’s past. He shared that finding the right villain meant choosing someone who would explore Bruce’s history and life, something that hasn’t been done in a Batman film before. Reeves and co-writer Mattson Tomlin researched comic books and looked at movies beyond the Batman universe for inspiration while developing the story.

James Gunn, co-CEO of DC Studios, has clarified that while the novel *Superman: Welcome to Metropolis* and the *Krypto Saves the Day!* shorts were released under the DC Studios label, their stories aren’t considered official parts of the new DC Universe (DCU) timeline. Although the novel features David Corenswet as Superman, the events in the book didn’t actually happen within the DCU, and the same applies to the Krypto shorts, which also included a character from the *Superman* movie.

The series features some surprising characters, like Jabba the Hutt wielding the Force, a benevolent Emperor Palpatine, and the famously humorous Darth Jar Jar Binks.

Horror films often blend with other genres. F. Murray Abraham is returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) to reprise his role as Khonshu in the upcoming animated series, Marvel Zombies. Marvel Studios announced that this will be his second appearance in the MCU, following his debut as the Egyptian god in the 2022 series Moon Knight.

I’m really excited about all the new stuff coming to Disney+! They’ve got this cool-sounding show called *The Balloonist*, plus more episodes of *Wizards Beyond Waverly Place*, which I loved! There’s also *Electric Bloom*, a new series made for teens, a *Frozen* LEGO special that my little sibling will probably adore, and the last season of *Solar Opposites*, which is always hilarious.
