Weapons Scores at Box Office After Dumping Pedro Pascal as Fantastic Four Flounders

As a devoted cinephile, I’ve noticed a shift in the limelight for an actor once hailed as a Hollywood heartthrob, known for his captivating performances in “The Mandalorian” and “The Last of Us.” However, it appears that his box office appeal has diminished somewhat. This is quite noticeable when comparing the impressive reception of Zach Cregger’s horror thriller “Weapons,” where Pascal found himself back in action amid production challenges, to the less-than-stellar performance of Pascal’s own ventures, such as “Eddington” and Marvel’s “The Fantastic Four: First Steps.

I Watched Dave Franco And Alison Brie’s First Horror Movie, And It Is One Creepy, Overlooked Gem

The characters portrayed by the real-life married duo Dave Franco and Alison Brie in the 2025 film are captivating, with the pair also serving as producers on the movie, “Together.” Interestingly enough, they had previously collaborated on a horror film from years past that I’ve long been eager to watch. Upon finally viewing it, I found myself regretting not having given it a chance earlier. I Did A Guillermo Del Toro Marathon For The First Time In Years, And I’m Shocked At What Has Become My Favorite Film

To be truthful, it’s been quite some time since I watched all of Guillermo del Toro’s films one after another. In fact, it’s been a considerable length of time. While I’ve caught his latest releases and occasionally revisited the old ones, it has been years since I undertook a full Guillermo del Toro movie marathon. Recently, however, I decided to revisit this experience over the past few weeks. Surprisingly, the film that ended up being my favorite took me by surprise.

In the upcoming Disney+ show titled “Iron Man and his Amazing Companions,” the seventh episode will introduce Anya Corazon. Originally brought to life in Marvel Comics in 2004, Isabela Merced played Anya Corazon for the first time in a live-action role within the 2024 film “Madame Web,” which also starred Dakota Johnson, Sydney Sweeney, and Celeste O’Connor. With her unique charm, Disney+ has chosen to bring this captivating character into their latest kids’ series, where she will team up with other prominent Marvel heroes.

Disneyland Revealed More About Its Replica Of Fantastic Four’s H.E.R.B.I.E. And I’m Impressed With Its Practical Improvement Over The Movie Version

I hadn’t believed there was room for improvement in his first film appearance in “The Fantastic Four: First Steps“. But, Disney Imagineering managed to change my mind by incorporating him into the new Disneyland features, introducing a significant upgrade. Where CGI was previously used, science and engineering now make it possible for this character to physically move around Anaheim’s entertainment destination, just as he did in “First Steps“!
