I’m so excited! Hulu just dropped the official trailer for the Malcolm in the Middle revival, and it’s coming out on April 10th! I can’t wait to see what the family’s up to now.
Despite being on the air for over 25 years, Family Guy has only had one spin-off series: The Cleveland Show, which focused on Cleveland Brown and ran from 2009 to 2013. Creator Seth MacFarlane, who continues to work on other projects, is now developing a second spin-off, this time centered around another member of the Griffin family.
Billy was a key part of Matlock’s original team alongside Madeline and Sarah, and he was expected to have a big role in Season 2. The storyline involving his character’s upcoming baby with his girlfriend was unfortunately dropped, and as of Episode 10, the actor has been replaced. In the episode “The Greater Good,” Matty and Olympia (Skye P. Marshall) welcome a new member to the team.
Plans are in motion for a new Stewie series to debut on Fox in the 2027-28 TV season, with episodes becoming available on Hulu and Disney+ the next day. The show will center around Stewie after he’s kicked out of his preschool and has to attend a less-than-stellar new one.
Dr. Kay Scarpetta, played by Nicole Kidman, is a forensic pathologist who relies on cutting-edge technology to solve complex crimes. The series also stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Ariana DeBose, Bobby Cannavale, and Simon Baker. All eight episodes of Scarpetta were released simultaneously, and the first season currently holds an 80% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
As a huge sci-fi fan, I still get upset thinking about Firefly. It was brilliant, but tragically cancelled after just 14 episodes. Luckily, we got the movie Serenity in 2005, which was a fantastic way to wrap things up and felt just as good as the show itself. But honestly, it’s been years, and we’re still hoping for another series to continue the story!
Though Kelly Reilly always commanded attention on screen, she often played supporting characters. While she did lead in films like Eden Lake, she truly excelled in historical dramas, completely immersing herself in her roles. The determination, intelligence, and power she demonstrated in those early performances laid the groundwork for her success in Yellowstone, and are finally getting the appreciation they deserve.

It feels like every streaming service is trying to create the next big hit, and honestly, it’s working. We’ve gotten some truly incredible series like Mindhunter, Monster, and Mare of Easttown recently, and it’s not just the streaming shows that are good – plenty of other crime thrillers are finding success too!
Universal Pictures has revealed that its future movies, including a new version of The Odyssey, will stay in theaters for at least five weekends before becoming available elsewhere. They plan to extend this to seven weekends starting in 2027, according to Variety.
