Plus, Steven Soderbergh directed every single episode, which really gives it a consistent vision. It allows for deeper character development, letting you really get to know who these people are beyond their professional lives.

During Warner Bros.’ recent earnings call, CEO David Zaslav emphasized seven key movies planned for 2027, predicting they will be major successes for the studio. Warner Bros. already achieved a historic milestone in 2025 by releasing six films in a row that each earned over $40 million domestically. Although 2026 promises strong new releases, Warner Bros. is positioning 2027 to be one of its most significant years for films in a long time.
