Despite everything, The Mandalorian has clearly made a big impression. The show is so popular, in fact, that it’s being turned into a Star Wars movie, The Mandalorian and Grogu, scheduled for release in 2026. After a six-year break from movies, Star Wars is coming back to the big screen, and the story will center around the famous bounty hunter and his adopted son, Grogu.

Guillermo del Toro’s take on Frankenstein begins and concludes with a tense encounter between the Creature and Victor Frankenstein in the Arctic. The story unfolds as a Dutch ship captain, Anderson, discovers Frankenstein and his creation, giving them both a chance to tell their sides of the story. Driven by grief after the Creature kills his wife, Elizabeth, Victor chases his creation to the Arctic seeking vengeance, but the final moments are surprisingly moving and focus on their feelings.

The KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack has been incredibly successful, breaking several records. The lead single, “Golden,” made history as the first song by a KPop girl group – whether real or from the movie – to reach the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The soundtrack also achieved another first: having four songs – Huntr/x’s “Golden” and “How It’s Done,” along with Saja Boys’ “Soda Pop” and “Your Idol” – in the Top 10 at the same time.

During BioWare’s N7 Day 2025 blog post, Mass Effect executive producer Mike Gamble announced that the upcoming show will feature a completely new story set within the Mass Effect universe, taking place after the events of the original trilogy. Importantly, it won’t simply retell the story of Commander Shepard.
