Taylor Sheridan’s new show, Landman, boasts a stellar cast, headlined by Billy Bob Thornton. Demi Moore has an expanded role in the second season, and the show also features Ali Larter, Andy Garcia, and familiar faces from Sheridan’s other series, including Sam Elliott and Michelle Randolph (from 1883 and 1923, respectively). I recently spoke with co-creator Christian Wallace and asked him which actor from another Sheridan show he’d like to see join the Landman cast. Here’s what he said:

Details about The Batman Part II are scarce, given its projected release date of 2027. There’s a lot of excitement building for the sequel, and also for a potential Clayface movie written by Mike Flanagan. Flanagan, known for Midnight Mass, recently spoke at Motor City Comic Con (according to ScreenRant) about the possibility of Matt Reeves’ Batman films becoming officially connected to the larger DC Universe. He shared his thoughts on how that might happen, saying:

This will be the first time Brainiac appears as a villain in a live-action DC movie, and represents a significant shift in the direction of standalone Superman films. As of now, the role of Brainiac has not been cast.

Disney+ offers a wide variety of content, but a major reason people subscribe is its extensive collection of Marvel Cinematic Universe movies and shows. However, recent price increases for the service could create difficulties for the franchise as it looks ahead to 2026.

Tom Cruise’s performance as Frank T.J. Mackey in the film Magnolia is particularly impressive. He delivers both energetic, physical acting and a surprisingly vulnerable, complex portrayal that captivates audiences. As of the week of November 11th-16th, A Time to Kill is the sixth most popular movie on Netflix globally, with 5.4 million views totaling 13.4 million hours watched. It’s currently behind Frankenstein, A Merry Little Ex-Mas, KPop Demon Hunters, In Your Dreams, and Being Eddie, but ahead of titles like The Little Things, A House of Dynamite, The Marksman, and Shrek Forever After, which rounds out the top 10.

Fans are showing their appreciation for Neon Genesis Evangelion with a stunning cosplay creation. Shared on Instagram by memebhakt22 on November 3rd (with credit to pdsoloz29), two cosplayers put a fresh spin on characters from Evangelion.

Easter eggs in the series range from being subtle and hard to find to hinting at events that would happen later in the It movies, directed by Andy Muschietti, who also oversaw Welcome to Derry.
