Netflix’s One Piece Season 3 — New Castings Tease ‘Arabasta Arc’ Adaptation
Netflix is continuing to cast actors for Season 3 of its live-action One Piece series, focusing on the “Arabasta Arc” – a major storyline in the show. The latest announcement confirmed the actor playing Portgas D. Ace, Luffy’s brother, who has the power of the Flame-Flame Fruit. Season 3 will take place in the desert kingdom of Arabasta, a setting that Netflix recently hinted at on X (formerly Twitter) with a production update.
While the full “Arabasta Arc” won’t begin until Season 3 of One Piece, Season 2 will lay the groundwork by introducing important new characters and plot points that are key to the popular storyline. Notably, we’ll meet Nefertari Vivi, also known as Miss Wednesday. Additionally, Joe Manganiello, famous for his role as Slade Wilson/Deathstroke in Zack Snyder’s Justice League, will be involved.
