Necrolipe shared even more details than Odyssey, revealing what some of the controller’s visuals will look like. This includes a Triforce symbol in the middle, between the plus and minus buttons, and green and gold grips similar to those found on existing Splatoon-themed Switch Pro controllers.
Neither source gave a specific release date for the new hardware. However, if the rumors are true, it’s likely planned to launch alongside the series’ 40th anniversary – meaning we could hear an announcement very soon.
