Law & Order’s detectives aren’t going anywhere just yet.
NBC is bringing back the popular crime drama Law & Order for a 26th season, according to Variety. The renewal is good news for fans, as there was some question whether the show would continue before NBC presented its upcoming programming to advertisers on May 11, 2026.
The show is expected to continue airing on NBC for the 2026-2027 season, though some final details are still being worked out. It originally ran for 20 seasons before being canceled in 2010, but NBC brought it back in 2022 due to its popularity.
