10 Best Chase Cards in Pokémon TCG: Perfect Order

Perfect Order is the newest expansion for this trading card game (TCG), and it’s the third set released under the Mega Evolution base set. Mega Evolution first launched in September 2025, and Perfect Order became available on March 27, 2026. Two more Mega Evolution expansions are planned: Chaos Rising, set to release on May 22, 2026, and Pitch Black, which will follow on July 17, 2026.

The Perfect Order trading card expansion is new and attracting collectors, but it hasn’t become as popular as sets like Prismatic Evolutions, Surging Sparks, or the 151 set. This article highlights the 10 most valuable and desirable cards from Perfect Order, and explores why the set isn’t getting more attention.

Poké Pad (113/088) is a Powerful Trainer Card

The Poké Pad is a rare Pokémon Trainer card that lets you search your deck for a Pokémon without a special rule, add it to your hand, and then reshuffle your deck. Because it’s so rare, it currently sells for around $16.25, which is a good price despite the card’s artwork being fairly simple.

Interestingly, the Poké Pad card is slightly more valuable than Mega Starmie ex (102/088), another rare card featuring the new evolved form of Starmie. It’s a bit unexpected, as the card’s image caused a huge reaction from Pokémon fans who found it hilarious.

Meowth ex (107/088) Features a Fan-Favorite Gen 1 Pokémon

Meowth is a popular Pokémon from the very first generation, and fans have adored this character for years. The Meowth ex card (number 107/088) is the first Meowth to be featured on this list, but with its cute design and cheerful expression, it likely won’t be the last.

The Meowth ex card is a rare collectible with artwork created by 5ban Graphics. The card’s design is a simple, full-body illustration of Meowth joyfully leaping. While its “Last-Ditch Catch” ability can be useful for decks focusing on Mega Evolution, the card’s value is probably driven by how fondly people remember Meowth. As of today, it’s worth around $20.37.

Clefairy (094/088) is a Stunning Card That Looks Like a Water Color Painting

The Clefairy Illustration Rare is surprisingly affordable at around $28.67. While almost $30 for a trading card isn’t insignificant, particularly for a recent release, the card’s beautiful artwork makes it seem undervalued. Artist Cona Nitanda created a truly stunning design that feels worth much more.

While not the most powerful Pokémon from its generation, Clefairy is still a recognizable and cute character. This particular card depicts Clefairy sitting on a tree stump, gazing up at a lovely sky filled with pink and blue clouds and sparkling golden stars.

Jacinthe (122/088) is a Sweet & Adorable Trainer Card

Pokémon cards featuring detailed artwork have always been popular, especially those showcasing beloved Trainers and their individual styles. The new card featuring Jacinthe is a perfect example – it’s a beautifully illustrated Special Illustration Rare showing her surrounded by delicious treats. The artwork is so charming and sweet, it almost feels like looking at it could give you a toothache!

I’m a huge Pokémon card collector, and this Jacinthe card designed by Souichirou Gunjima is seriously cool – though it’s currently going for around $35! What I love about it is how much it can heal your Psychic Pokémon – a whopping 150 damage! That’s a game-changer, honestly. It could totally turn the tables in a match and really help you win.

Mega Starmie ex (118/088) is Where the Market Price for Perfect Order Really Jumps

The Mega Starmie ex card is a highly sought-after Special Illustration Rare, and it’s proving to be quite valuable. It currently sells for around $74, which is more than double the price of the Jacinthe card. While not the absolute most expensive card in the Perfect Order set, Mega Starmie ex is definitely one of the pricier cards collectors are after.

The relatively high price of the Secret Rare Mega Starmie ex card isn’t a surprise, as it’s a desirable collectible. The card’s artwork is a bit humorous, showing Mega Starmie ex with oversized legs firmly planted to launch a strong beam from its gem. It’s clear artist takuyoa enjoyed the design process.

Rosa’s Encouragement (123/088) Depicts Another Adorable Trainer

Rosa’s Encouragement is a Trainer card featuring a charming illustration of Rosa enjoying a Pikachu-shaped ice cream cone. While its effects aren’t as straightforward as some other cards, like Jacinthe’s, it’s incredibly cute and captures Rosa’s happiness perfectly. The artist, Tori Suzuki, seems to have really embraced the card’s name with this delightful design.

The Special Illustration Rare card is currently selling for $75.51, just a little more than the Mega Starmie ex. That’s a pretty good price for a single Trainer card, and many collectors are keen to own Rosa’s Encouragement, even if they don’t plan on using it in their decks.

Mega Clefable ex (119/088) is a Whimsical & Powerful Psychic Type Pokémon

The Mega Clefable ex card is another highlight from the Perfect Order set, beautifully illustrated by artist Cona Nitanda – the same artist who created the Clefairy Illustration Rare we discussed earlier. It’s easy to see why – the two cards have a very similar style. While the Clefairy card shows a simple, peaceful scene, Mega Clefable ex is much more dynamic, depicting a large, magical fairy leaping across the sky and leaving a trail of sparkling gold stars.

The current market price for Mega Clefable ex is $76.71, which is just enough to qualify it as being in Perfect Order. This Pokémon is incredibly strong, with its base attack, Shooting Moons, dealing between 120 and 280 damage depending on the situation. Plus, Mega Clefable ex is completely unaffected by any of its opponent’s attacks or abilities.

Mega Zygarde ex (120/088) Surpasses All the Other Featured Pokémon in Perfect Order

It’s become the most valuable Pokémon card in the group, surpassing all others. Two versions of the Mega Zygarde ex card rank in the top three, placing them above every other Pokémon on the list. The Mega Zygarde ex Special Illustration Rare is currently worth around $92.

The value of the Mega Zygarde ex card has been particularly unstable. While most Pokémon card prices naturally fluctuate, Mega Zygarde ex experienced a dramatic increase in price followed by a sharp drop. Despite this volatility, it remains one of the most valuable cards from the set. The artwork by kantaro is incredible, making the Pokémon feel incredibly dynamic and almost lifelike.

Mega Zygarde ex (124/088) is the Only Mega Hyper Rare in Perfect Order

Mega Zygarde ex appears on this list again as a unique and highly sought-after card. This special, gold-etched version is the most valuable card in the entire set. Finding one is incredibly rare – you’d need to open approximately 1,786 packs to have a chance!

Even though the Mega Zygarde ex MHR card is the hardest to find in the Perfect Order set, it’s not currently the most expensive. It’s selling for around $125, but recent sales have been closer to $160. This makes it the first card from Perfect Order to break the $100 price point.

Meowth ex (121/088) Managed to Surpass the Mega Hyper Rare

As many expected, the Special Illustration Rare card proved to be the most valuable chase card in the set, even beating out the Mega Zygarde ex (124/088). It’s a little unexpected that no Pokémon featured in the set itself reached the top spot, but it really highlights how much popularity matters to collectors.

The Meowth ex card is currently selling for $178.88, making it the most valuable card featured here. It’s the only Perfect Order card worth over $175. The card showcases the charming Meowth, illustrated by Natsumi Yoshida, in its signature pose: smiling and balanced on its hind legs with a paw raised in a cheerful fist bump. A vibrant, colorful background filled with abstract designs adds to the card’s energetic and playful feel.
