They’ve produced several standout shows, including a recent 10-episode series that successfully combines the atmosphere of Blade Runner with the thought-provoking themes of Black Mirror. The hacking incident causes people to experience severe mental breakdowns, leading to violent and deadly behavior. This puts Lawrence (David Thewlis), the creator of the Feed, and his son Tom (Guy Burnet) in a difficult position – they must try to control the resulting chaos while also dealing with their own family’s struggles. Similar to Black Mirror, The Feed examines the frightening and potentially fatal results of advanced technology, particularly when it’s connected directly to the human body.

Why The Feed Is Only One Season Long (& Could There Be More)

Though the sci-fi series The Feed told a fascinating and complex story, it only lasted one season, with a total of 10 episodes. While the show did a good job covering the initial material, many viewers felt it had the potential for more. It’s worth noting, however, that The Feed was originally designed as a limited series, only adapting the first part of the book it was based on.

Since the show was based on a novel, it had enough story for multiple seasons. However, The Feed remained a single season. Although many limited series get extended, this didn’t happen with The Feed.
