Following a recent price increase and changes to its free content, the anime streaming service is now offering a significant discount to both new and returning subscribers.
To celebrate Ani-May 2026, Crunchyroll is offering big discounts on its premium subscriptions in over 35 countries. Both new and returning subscribers can get three months of the Fan tier for just $1.99 a month, or the Mega Fan tier for $2.99 a month. This deal comes after Crunchyroll recently raised the prices of its subscriptions – the Fan tier now costs $9.99/month and Mega Fan is $13.99/month.
Many anime fans have pointed out that this is the first May without free streaming on a certain platform. Instead, Crunchyroll is providing a smaller selection of episodes for a limited time.
