Okay, I’m seriously excited! It looks like ‘Supernatural‘ is heading into completely new territory with its comic books. Apparently, Sam and Dean are going to be battling some seriously insane killer robots in their next adventure. I can’t wait to see how that plays out!
Dynamite Entertainment’s preview for Supernatural #8 reveals a surprising new challenge for Sam and Dean Winchester. Instead of the usual ghosts, demons, and monsters, the brothers will face killer robots when the issue releases on June 24, 2026. The description suggests this new threat might be their toughest yet, hinting that even the experienced hunters could be in over their heads. The artwork for this issue is by Daniel Scalisi.
Supernatural’s Newest Adventure Takes a Sci-Fi Twist
Throughout the many seasons of Supernatural on television and the newer comic books set in that same world, Sam and Dean Winchester have battled countless monsters – vampires, ghosts, and everything in between. The latest comic book issue from Dynamite Entertainment promises a brand new, uniquely dangerous enemy, and fans have a lot to look forward to.
The Supernatural comics, published by Dynamite, let Sam and Dean continue their monster-hunting adventures. These stories take place between seasons one and two of the TV show, fitting seamlessly into the established storyline and offering fans new cases that weren’t shown on television during the show’s original run.
Before the eighth issue of Supernatural is released, featuring a terrifying new threat, issue number seven will hit shelves in May. This issue follows Sam and Dean as they search for someone who has recently returned from Hell. According to Dynamite’s preview, the brothers are determined to find the demon responsible for the death of their loved ones, and when a trip to Hell isn’t possible, they head to New York City to question a mysterious survivor who claims to have been there.
The latest issue of Supernatural, number 6, is out now. In it, Sam and Dean continue their hunt for the creature that harmed their family, and they encounter Steff Windler, the CEO of Windler Enterprises. Steff has stolen a crucial notebook and intends to use its secrets to cause widespread destruction.
Supernatural #8 Arrives with Special Covers Featuring Sam & Dean
Dynamite is continuing to please fans of the Supernatural comics with special variant covers. The next issue will feature multiple cover options, including photos of stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles.
Besides the standard photo covers, issue #8 of Supernatural will feature a main cover by John Amor, along with illustrated variants by David Cousens. You can also pre-order a special, blank cover version of the Dean Winchester photo variant from Dynamite’s website for $50.00. The regular cover is priced at $4.99.
