It’s an exhilarating period for fans of Yellowstone, as several spin-offs are in development. The latest updates have been particularly intriguing, including news about Luke Grimes’ show focusing on Kayce Dutton, as well as Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser’s Rip and Beth series. Recent developments have primarily revolved around casting, causing me to ponder which original cast members might rejoin the show. A recent post by Jen Landon hinting at reuniting with a fellow Bunkhouse member has further fueled these thoughts.

Now, before we even look at the image, I’ll say loud and clear: I don’t know why Jen Landon and Jake Ream are reuniting. However, I can confirm they are going to be together for some reason, as the Teeter actress posted the following sweet message on her Instagram, and the Jake actor reposted it:

It’s entirely plausible that these two individuals are just getting together for a social gathering or an event. However, in recent weeks, there has been some major casting news about the sequels to the popular show “Yellowstone”. Given this, it’s hard not to speculate if they might be reuniting for one of those shows instead.

So, Will These Bunkhouse Boys Appear In A Yellowstone Spinoff?

As soon as I came across Landon’s post, my curiosity piqued; could their reunion possibly be connected to the world of Yellowstone?

At the conclusion of “Yellowstone”, Teeter and Jake were both thriving. It seems that Landon’s character is planning to team up with Travis, played by Taylor Sheridan, and Jimmy, portrayed by Jefferson White, rather than working on any potential spinoff of 6666. This development has piqued my curiosity regarding the possible appearance of Landon’s character and Jake in one of the shows featuring the Dutton siblings. I’m also intrigued about which show would be most suitable for Landon and Ream.

If The Answer To The Last Question Is Yes, Which Spinoff Will They Be In?

From a technical perspective, characters like Teeter and Jake might appear in the Yellowstone series. But, based on my understanding, it seems more fitting for their storyline to unfold within the context of the Dutton Ranch, tentatively known as such, alongside Rip and Beth.

Throughout the main series, both characters developed a stronger bond with Rip compared to Kayce. Therefore, they’ve built a considerable connection.

It appears as though the Dutton Ranch may extend to Texas, given that’s where Teeter resides. Actress Annette Bening has joined the cast, playing a prominent Texas rancher. With filming happening in Texas, I’m pondering whether the entire show will unfold there. If so, Teeter is already present, and it wouldn’t surprise me if Jake continues to work for Rip and Beth despite this potential change of location. Consequently, it seems feasible to incorporate both ranches into the series without much difficulty.

In addition, unlike the cast of Kayce’s show, only two Yellowstone cast members are confirmed to return alongside Reilly and Hauser: Finn Little, who portrays their adopted son Carter. Therefore, it could be logical to introduce a few more Bunkhouse Boys in the series.

The TV series “Y: Marshals,” featuring Kayce, recently welcomed seven new cast members, among them three veterans from the original “Yellowstone” cast – Gil Birmingham, Mo Brings Plenty, and Brecken Merrill. Given this growth in cast size and the upcoming focus on a fresh career journey for the youngest Dutton, it’s questionable whether Teeter and Jake will be appearing in the new series.

While it’s unusual to rule something out entirely, this wild west of television can surprise us at every turn, with any character potentially gracing any series. Furthermore, Landon’s post may have stirred thoughts, but it doesn’t necessarily provide definitive proof. Now, I’m eagerly anticipating the announcement of the Teeter actress and Jake Ream joining one of these casts ahead of their 2025 TV debuts and early 2026 premieres.
