‘Y: Marshals’ Trailer Unveils Latest ‘Yellowstone’ Spinoff

The highly anticipated next installment of the Yellowstone universe is here, and it promises to be the most thrilling spinoff yet. Y: Marshals centers on Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes) as he leaves the Dutton Ranch to begin a new career as a U.S. Marshal, serving as the final protector of justice in Montana.

CBS has released the official trailer for Y: Marshals, a new series premiering on March 1, 2026. Set after the conclusion of Yellowstone, the show follows Kayce as he joins a team of U.S. marshals and uses his abilities to help others. He’ll be working alongside new characters, including Logan Marshall-Green (from Upgrade) as his fellow marshal, Pete Calvin. The trailer suggests Y: Marshals will be the most action-packed story yet in Taylor Sheridan’s western universe. You can view the trailer below.

Alongside Grimes, Logan Marshall-Green will play Pete Calvin, Arielle Kebbel as Belle Skinner, Ash Santos as Andrea Cruz, and Tatanka Means as Miles Kittle in the new series, Y: Marshals. Gil Birmingham, Mo Brings Plenty, and Brecken Merrill are returning from Yellowstone as Thomas Rainwater, Mo, and Tate Dutton, respectively. Taylor Sheridan, David C. After leaving Yellowstone Ranch, Kayce Dutton becomes part of a specialized team of U.S. Marshals. He uses his experience as both a cowboy and a Navy SEAL to enforce the law in Montana. Alongside teammates Pete Calvin, Belle Skinner, Andrea Cruz, and Miles Kittle, Kayce faces the emotional challenges of protecting the region from violence while also trying to be a good father to his son, Tate, and maintain his relationships with trusted friends like Thomas Rainwater and Mo from the Broken Rock reservation.
