Wednesday Addams, played by Jenna Ortega, seeks out these supernatural entities in her mission to locate Tyler Galpin and his mother, Francoise Galpin.

In the 17-minute point, Rosaline makes her debut. When Wednesday studies the engraving on Rosaline’s gravestone, she slips into a trance. During this mystical state, she converses with Rosaline’s spirit and seeks guidance from her on how to locate them both. Rosaline advises Wednesday that if she manages to maintain her hand above the flame for an extended period, she will momentarily gain psychic abilities. She also alerts Wednesday of a consequence if she “disturbs the raven’s stare; there will be a cost to bear.

I, Enid (Emma Myers), didn’t realize it at the time, but I brought Wednesday out of a trance, which caused me to break the raven’s hypnotic stare. This action led to an unexpected event: Wednesday and I exchanged our physical forms.

In the scene that takes place around the 34-minute mark, Rosaline makes a quicker return, this time as Wednesday, disguised as Enid, sneaks into the séance room of Rotwood. The spirit of Rotwood reminds her (Rosaline) that she has until dawn to break the curse and exchange bodies.

What happens to Lady Gaga’s Rosaline Rotwood in Wednesday Season 2?

Beyond these episodes, it’s uncertain what becomes of Rosaline Rotwood. However, the series has hinted at her spirit being strong and knowledgeable about runes and cryptic languages from antiquity. Given that her spirit resides within Nevermore grounds, there’s speculation among fans that she may reappear in future seasons. Officially, there’s no confirmation of her return, but the possibility remains open.
