Following the massive popularity of the movie Wicked, Universal Pictures is planning a new film based on a beloved story, and they’ve cast Sabrina Carpenter as the lead actress.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Universal Pictures is creating a new musical film based on Alice in Wonderland, with Carpenter in the lead role. Lorene Scafaria will direct and write the screenplay.
