Almost a decade after it first came out, a fan favorite Marvel movie is moving to the Peacock streaming service. The film marked the start of a new chapter for Spider-Man’s story on the big screen, and it will now be a key addition to Peacock’s growing collection of movies starting next February.
Released in 2017, Spider-Man: Homecoming was a huge box office success, earning almost $900 million and becoming the second-highest-grossing Spider-Man movie ever. The film not only made Tom Holland a star, but it also kicked off the Spider-Man trilogy within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Now, on February 1st, it’s coming to Peacock as the streaming service begins a new chapter.
Spider-Man: Homecoming Joins Peacock’s Streaming Library on February 1
In February 2026, Peacock will be adding a variety of shows and movies, including the popular Marvel film Spider-Man: Homecoming. This movie, which came after the events of Captain America: Civil War and introduced Tom Holland as Peter Parker, focuses on Spider-Man’s first experiences as a superhero. Homecoming cleverly combines action with the challenges of being a teenager, capturing the classic coming-of-age story that’s always been central to Spider-Man’s character.
Featuring a talented cast including Zendaya, Michael Keaton, Marisa Tomei, and John Favreau, Spider-Man: Homecoming delivers the most authentic portrayal of Spider-Man’s high school years in any of the character’s movies. The film’s strengths include the great chemistry between Tom Holland as Peter Parker and Zendaya as MJ, as well as Michael Keaton’s excellent, though often overlooked, performance as The Vulture. It remains one of the best Spider-Man films ever made.
Unfortunately, movies like Spider-Man: Far From Home and Spider-Man: No Way Home won’t be available on Peacock this February, despite Spider-Man: Homecoming being added. These other films are mostly available on Disney+, so fans who want to watch the whole trilogy will still need a Disney+ subscription in addition to Peacock.
Now that Spider-Man: Homecoming is available on Peacock, it’s a great way to enjoy one of Marvel’s most popular movies again. With Spider-Man: Brand New Day coming out on July 31, 2026, this is the ideal moment to revisit Peter Parker’s story, beginning with his first solo adventure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
