The Twilight Movies Are Coming Back To Theaters In Time For Halloween, And I Need To Talk About The Scenes I’m Dying To See On The Big Screen Again

This year, it’s fantastic to not only enjoy the upcoming 2025 movie releases gracing our cinemas but also revisit cherished classics on the big screen with an audience. One such series receiving a re-run is none other than the iconic Twilight films. As a dedicated fan, I can’t wait to reminisce about four key scenes from these movies that will once again play out on the silver screen.

The ‘Say It Out Loud’ Scene In Twilight

Reflecting back, I can’t quite recall if I watched Twilight for the first time in the cinema or on DVD. However, I am eager to purchase a ticket for a screening of the movie through Fathom Entertainment, primarily because I want to relive the moment when Bella discovers that Edward Cullen is a vampire. Despite the series’ frequent mockery, I remain captivated by the unique, punk rock aesthetic Catherine Hardwicke brought to the first film, notably the distinctive blue filter. Twilight will be screened in cinemas on October 29.

Bella’s Italian Mad Dash In New Moon

An exciting scene I can’t wait to revisit from the movie New Moon is when Bella, accompanied by Alice Cullen, rushes off to Italy in an attempt to prevent Edward from being exposed as a vampire by revealing his sparkly self in sunlight. The cinematography of this sequence is captivating, and it creates a deeply emotional connection between Edward and Bella that leaves quite an impact. (It’s no wonder with Robert Pattinson’s exceptional acting skills!) The movie New Moon will be playing in theaters on October 30.

A memorable scene I’m eager to watch again from the film New Moon is when Bella travels with Alice Cullen to Italy to save Edward from being exposed as a vampire, which happens when he removes his shirt and becomes sparkly in sunlight. The sequence is beautifully filmed and generates a powerful emotional response between Edward and Bella. (It’s no surprise given Robert Pattinson’s incredible acting talent!) New Moon will be showing in theaters on October 30.

Edward & Bella’s Wedding In Breaking Dawn Part 1

Interestingly, the Twilight film showing on Halloween, October 31, is Eclipse. Although I don’t have a specific scene from this movie to mention, I’m keen on revisiting theaters to watch the third film in the franchise as well. However, my eagerness pales in comparison to seeing Edward and Bella’s wedding scene in Breaking Dawn Part 1. In a series filled with drama, this is the most romantic moment in the franchise for me, and I’d cherish the chance to experience it again with an audience. Breaking Dawn Part 1 hits theaters on November 1.

The Twist Ending In Breaking Dawn Part 2

I’m eagerly looking forward to one more major scene in theaters from Twilight, specifically the mind-blowing twist at the end of Breaking Dawn Part 2. This final film (which isn’t my personal favorite of the series) has left me reeling with its unexpected turn when it incorporated Alice’s visions and made us think all the death and turmoil was real. The last Twilight movie is due to wrap up this epic cinematic run on November 2nd.

It’s apparent that there’s much here I’m eager to experience. The challenge is deciding which one to choose or if I might treat myself to a week of theater performances instead? Given that the Twilight movies aren‘t available on Netflix, attending them during the spooky season sounds like a delightful event. Moreover, as we anticipate updates about the upcoming Twilight animated series, it seems fitting.
