The Simpsons is a TV institution, and it’s about to reach another incredible achievement. The show will air its 800th episode, titled “Irrational Treasure,” in February. To mark the occasion, creator Matt Groening and the team have invited a group of celebrity guests to appear, many of whom are originally from Pennsylvania, as the Simpsons family visits the state.
To celebrate its 800th episode, The Simpsons is bringing in some big names! Kevin Bacon will play a hotel concierge, while Quinta Brunson will voice a character named Adrienne, and Questlove of The Roots will be a tour guide. The episode will also feature stars from the HBO Max show The Pitt – Noah Wyle, Katherine LaNasa, and Taylor Dearden – who will play a doctor, nurse, and intern, adding a medical storyline to the celebration.
