Suspected Winner Of Taylor Frankie Paul’s Bachelorette Season Supports Star Amid Cancellation

Taylor Frankie Paul’s personal life has become very public, and her hopes of becoming the star of The Bachelorette won’t come true.

Paul gained popularity on TikTok as part of “MomTok,” a community of Mormon mothers aiming to build a brand and generate income for their families. She became widely known when she publicly revealed her involvement in open relationships with her ex-husband, Tate Paul, and others within the MomTok and Mormon communities. This caused a scandal that ultimately led to the creation of the Hulu reality series, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

Doug Mason, who is believed to be the winner of the unaired season of The Bachelorette, recently used an Instagram story to publicly support Paul. This comes after ABC canceled her season due to a 2023 video surfacing that showed her in a physical altercation with her former partner, Dakota Mortensen, and following allegations of abuse in her previous relationships.

Considering everything that’s unfolded, I’m sending my best wishes to Taylor. It was a special moment for her, and unfortunately, it was disrupted. Right now, all we can do is remain optimistic and offer support to anyone who needs it.

A video from 2023, captured by Mortensen, showed Paul visibly upset and physically confronting her ex-partner, even throwing chairs in his direction while their daughter was present. Following the video’s resurfacing and ongoing accusations, a Disney spokesperson announced that the network would not be proceeding with the season featuring Paul.
