A trailer for the upcoming movie Spider-Man: Brand New Day is expected to be released soon, following a boost in marketing efforts. So far, Sony Pictures has shared only a few promotional materials – two videos released around the beginning of filming. These included a look at Tom Holland’s new Spider-Man suit and a behind-the-scenes featurette showing director Destin Daniel Cretton filming an action scene involving a tank in Glasgow, Scotland.
The official website for Spider-Man: Brand New Day (spidermanbrandnewday.movie) is now live, although it currently leads to the Sony Pictures website. This has led fans to believe that marketing for the film, including the first trailer, will be released very soon.
MarkMonitor, a company specializing in domain management for businesses, registered the website address. Since MarkMonitor also handled the domain for Sony Pictures’ recent film, Goat, this seems to be the official website for Spider-Man 4 and appears to be legitimate.
Fans were excited about the possibility of seeing a trailer for Brand New Day in February, alongside the trailer for Goat, since both films are from Sony Pictures. However, that didn’t happen, and we’re still waiting to get a first look at Brand New Day.
Scooper Cryptic HD Quality reports the first trailer for Spider-Man 4 will now be released in March, later than originally anticipated. There’s been talk that the trailer’s release will coincide with the launch of Project Hail Mary on March 20th, a potentially huge blockbuster also distributed by Sony Pictures. Amy Pascal, who also produced Brand New Day, is producing this film as well.
Here’s What Spider-Man 4’s First Trailer Will & Likely Won’t Show

A trailer for the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day leaked online over two months ago, but Sony Pictures still hasn’t released an official version.
There’s been talk that Sony is trying to repeat the successful marketing approach used for Spider-Man: No Way Home. If they follow the same timeline – releasing the first trailer about four months before the movie comes out – we could see the first look at Brand New Day in March, and that now seems more and more probable.
March could be a great month for Marvel fans who enjoy grounded, street-level stories. The second season of Daredevil: Born Again is set to debut on March 24th. Although Charlie Cox won’t reprise his role as Daredevil in Spider-Man 4, Jon Bernthal will be returning as the Punisher, having previously appeared in the first season of Born Again.
People are excited for the first trailer of Brand New Day, hoping it will reveal more about the movie’s plot, especially who the main villain is. Fans are also curious about the role Sadie Sink, known from Stranger Things, will play, with rumors suggesting she might be portraying the X-Men character Jean Grey, though this hasn’t been officially confirmed.
Since No Way Home did so well by keeping secrets and surprising audiences with its marketing, it’s likely that key questions about the new movie won’t be officially answered until its release on July 31st.
Following some recent box office disappointments, Marvel will definitely be hoping to show audiences that Spider-Man 4 is a movie worth seeing. Fans can expect a lot of action with Tom Holland as Spider-Man, clues about what’s happened in his personal life since No Way Home, introductions to villains from the Brand New Day storyline, and hints about how the Punisher and Hulk (played by Mark Ruffalo) will be involved.
