Spider-Man 4 Set Video Confirms Huge MCU Appearance

A new video from the set of the upcoming *Spider-Man 4* has appeared online, and it seems an original member of the Avengers will be joining the cast.

It’s happened before that a key Avenger has teamed up with Tom Holland in a Spider-Man movie. Robert Downey Jr. played Iron Man in the first Spider-Man film with Tom Holland, ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming,’ and Benedict Cumberbatch appeared as Doctor Strange in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home.’

What happens in the Spider-Man 4 set video?

Mark Ruffalo, the Academy Award-nominated actor, has been seen on the set of the next Spider-Man movie starring Tom Holland, confirming his return despite previous attempts to downplay his involvement. A recent video and photo, shared by UnBoxPHD on X, show Ruffalo seemingly resting on a gurney. This marks 15 years since he first portrayed Bruce Banner/Hulk in *The Avengers*. His character was last featured in the Disney+ series *She-Hulk: Attorney at Law*, which revealed he has a son named Skaar.

There’s been talk that the Hulk could appear in Spider-Man 4 as his most aggressive form, known as the Savage Hulk. A new report suggests this transformation will happen because seeing She-Hulk and Red Hulk will cause him significant emotional distress.
