Prime Video has announced the complete cast for its upcoming series. Sophie Turner will star as Lara Croft, and she’ll be joined by well-known actors like Jason Isaacs, famous for his role in Harry Potter, and Sigourney Weaver, known from Alien.
Martin Bobb-Semple will play Zip, Lara Croft’s longtime friend and tech expert. Isaacs has been cast as Lara’s uncle, Atlas DeMornay, and Bill Paterson will portray Winston, the Croft family’s loyal butler. Meanwhile, Weaver will play Evelyn Wallis, a secretive and ambitious woman who wants to take advantage of Lara’s skills.
Joining the cast are Jack Bannon as Gerry, who serves as Lara’s pilot and keeps her supplied with snacks; John Heffernan as David, a weary government worker drawn into Lara’s adventures; Celia Imrie as Francine, the British Museum’s fundraising director who loves champagne; Paterson Joseph as Thomas Warner, a high-ranking official tasked with fixing a major problem; Sasha Luss as Sasha, a strong and competitive new opponent for Lara; and Juliette Motamed as Georgia, a dedicated British Museum curator who strictly adheres to historical preservation standards.
