See The Wild Way Jordan Chiles And Her Dancing With The Stars Partner Reacted To Rumors That They Were Engaged

It’s not unusual for romances to develop on Dancing with the Stars – we’ve seen it happen before, like with Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko. Plus, many of the professional dancers are actually in relationships with each other. So, hearing about showmances isn’t a surprise. However, I was really shocked by the rumor that Ezra Sosa and Jordan Chiles were engaged, and even more surprised by how they responded to it.

Ezra Sosa was also shocked by this news. The pro dancer, who is openly gay, took to Instagram when he saw a headline that reported that he was “secretly engaged” to the gymnast. Along with a cheeky video of him putting on sunglasses and blowing a kiss to the camera, he also wrote:

But the surprises kept coming! A couple of days after he first mentioned the rumor, he posted another video – and it showed him and Chiles getting tattoos that said ‘Just Married’! You have to see it to believe it!

If you’ve forgotten, before partnering with Sosa, professional dancer Chiles was paired with Anna Delvey, and they were the first couple eliminated. Interestingly, when asked what she’d learned from the show, Delvey famously said, “Nothing.” As a tribute, Chiles actually got a tattoo of the word “nothing” to commemorate that moment.

So, he and Chiles pulling a stunt like this isn’t exactly off-brand, and it fits right in with other cheeky and funny things the dancer has done. People are loving it too. In another Instagram post that Sosa uploaded that showed off the tattoo and a ring on Chiles’ finger, lots of folks connected to DWTS reacted. Here are some of the best comments:

Those jokes are hilarious! But I want to point out something Brandon Armstrong mentioned. The professional dancer shared that he once got a fake tattoo after being eliminated on the 2025 season of the show. This suggests that the recent “Just Married” tattoos might also be temporary, not permanent. He explained:

I have a feeling this is the same as mine….👀

Honestly, the tattoos look real to me. However, as Armstrong seemed to imply, they could be fake.

Considering how playful and unbelievable the posts and comments are, it seems likely this is all just a joke, as People magazine suggested. There was no previous talk of a romance, Chiles hasn’t commented on the situation, and Ezra Sosa is openly gay. Because of all this, it’s highly improbable that these rumors are true.

The finalists on Dancing with the Stars Season 34 had a really funny reaction to a crazy rumor.
