Pokémon Pokopia Bonus Freebie Confirmed Ahead Of Launch

Pokémon Pokopia could be a huge hit! It blends the popular farming and life simulation genres with the world of Pokémon, and we’ll see how players react when it launches on March 5th.

Amazon announced on X that pre-ordering from them will get you a free gift. This is separate from the free Ditto plush you can get from The Pokémon Center.

Pokémon Pokopia Pre-Orders Come With A Bonus

Amazon Has An Exclusive Item

So, Amazon’s saying if I pre-order the game through them, I get a little in-game plant – a flat leaf one, specifically. Honestly, the reaction from other gamers has been pretty split. It’s just a digital plant, so some people are kinda underwhelmed, while others think it’s a cute bonus.

One fan expressed disappointment with the preorder bonus, saying that offering a plant for a series featuring over a thousand monsters seems underwhelming. Others are playfully speculating that the plant might have a hidden purpose, like summoning a legendary creature or opening portals to other dimensions.

Many players aren’t excited about the preorder bonus, calling it uninspired and basic. One player compared it to a tutorial item, saying it feels like something you’d unlock immediately in the game. Others believe the bonus is either an essential item needlessly locked behind a preorder, or something easily found early in normal gameplay, making it essentially useless. Some are even calling it the worst preorder bonus they’ve ever seen.

If you purchase the plant, keep in mind this offer is good from January 25th to March 4th, or as long as supplies last. After March 5th, you’ll receive a download code via email, which you can use anytime before February 10, 2027.

We’re Getting Closer To Launch

Almost Time

I’m so hyped for Pokopia! They’ve already shown off a ton of Pokémon that will be in the game, and everyone’s buzzing about what else they’ll add. Because it’s a spin-off, it feels like they can really get creative and do some unexpected things. That’s what I always loved about the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games – you get to see Pokémon living their lives without trainers, which is a totally different perspective and really cool.

The core Pokémon games are what The Pokémon Company is known for, but it’s also really enjoyable to see Pokémon acting naturally, without a trainer. This is likely why the short film “Pikachu’s Vacation,” which played before the first Pokémon movie, remains popular with fans.

If you enjoy Pokémon, it’s worth looking out for early reviews of Pokémon Pokopia. It has the potential to become a surprisingly popular and relaxing game this year.
