If you’re playing Pokémon Legends: Z-A, you might have already experienced everything the game has to offer. While the Mega Evolution DLC includes plenty of replayable content with random elements, many players are probably ready to move on after completing the main objectives.
A new update is available for Pokémon Legends: Z-A, according to Nintendo’s website. It includes several improvements, but not all issues have been resolved yet.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A Free Update Is Live Now
Across Switch 1 and 2
I’ve been playing Pokémon Legends: Z-A, and if you’re running into any problems or glitches, you really should download the newest update! It’s version 2.0.2, and apparently, it fixes a bunch of issues throughout the game. Hopefully, it’ll smooth things out for everyone!
Okay, so the new update, 2.0.2, is out, but it’s not a perfect fix, sadly. We fans have been keeping track of all the issues, and it looks like that annoying glitch with Alolan Raichu not evolving still hasn’t been addressed, even after the DLC came out. It’s a little frustrating, but hopefully they’ll get to it soon!
The game received a significant update in January (version 2.0.1) with lots of improvements to make playing more enjoyable. Key changes included the ability to purchase multiple berries at a time and a much larger Mega Shard storage capacity – increasing from 999 to 9,999. While these features would have been great from the start, they greatly enhance the experience now. The update also resolved many problems with the Mega Dimension DLC, fixing bugs and ensuring shiny Pokémon appear correctly.
Players have been eagerly awaiting support for Pokémon Home, but unfortunately, it won’t be added in this latest update. It’s disappointing news, especially considering how long everyone has been waiting for this feature.
What Happens To Z-A Now?
Will There Be More Updates And Events?
Players are starting to ask when Pokémon Legends: Z-A will connect with Pokémon Home. It’s been half a year since the game came out, and that connection still isn’t available. Fans are eager to know if the game will receive significant updates or support in the future.
Since The Pokémon Company is fully dedicated to releasing the next generation of Pokémon games next year, and Pokémon Champions is set to be the main competitive platform in 2026, it appears there aren’t many plans for Z-A.
We’re hoping to see more events similar to the recent Mega Garchomp appearance. We also know there will be at least one more promotion connected to Pokémon Champions before the current content is finished. Even though nothing huge is planned right now, there’s still something to look forward to.
It appears The Pokémon Company is already moving past Pokémon Legends: Z-A. Considering the mixed reactions from fans, many are likely happy to see the focus shift to the next generation of Pokémon games – Generation 10.
