Tubi, the free streaming service with ads, announced its November 2025 movie lineup. Among the titles coming to the platform is the 2006 action thriller Running Scared, starring Paul Walker. The film, written and directed by Wayne Kramer, will be available on November 1st. Walker plays Joey, a small-time member of the mafia, who finds himself in trouble when a gun he’s supposed to dispose of ends up in the hands of a child, pulling him further into a dangerous criminal world.

With the dangerous Hieronymous Hale – a corrupt, shape-shifting former District Attorney – finally defeated, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles can take a breath and process the events of the last year. This includes grappling with the loss of Splinter and accepting that he’s gone. However, Karai may still be considering a resurrection, though her reasons for wanting to bring back her former enemy are currently unclear, as seen in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #12 (by Jason Aaron, Juan Ferreyra, and Shawn Lee).

Yuta Shimotsu’s upcoming 2025 film, New Group, uses a strange and humorous situation to comment on the unsettling idea of a collective consciousness. This approach is similar to his first film, Best Wishes to All, which also tackled social and political themes through unusual storytelling. New Group focuses on a high school in Japan where a peculiar event unfolds on the soccer field: students begin forming a human pyramid. It starts with one student getting into position, then quickly grows as more and more join, eventually becoming a massive structure of hundreds of students stacked on top of each other.

As the cast of Stranger Things has expanded, the writers have been able to create some surprising and enjoyable character combinations. The friendship between Steve Harrington (Joe Keery) and Dustin Henderson (Gaten Matarazzo) has become a particular fan favorite. It began in season 2 when Dustin asked Steve for help finding his lost pet Demogorgon.

Based on the photos, a preview of the plot, and comments from actress Rochelle Peregrym, the next episode, titled “Falsetto” and airing November 10th, promises to be packed with action.

When Greyhound debuted on Apple TV+ in June 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, it quickly attracted a lot of viewers. Now, data from FlixPatrol shows just how popular it’s been – the World War II film has been among the top 10 most-watched movies on the streaming service in the US for a remarkable 601 days.

Amazon MGM’s new movie, Crime 101, just released its first trailer. We got a sneak peek six months ago at CinemaCon, but now everyone can see it. The film appears to be inspired by Michael Mann’s Heat, with Mark Ruffalo and Chris Hemsworth taking on roles similar to those played by Al Pacino and Robert De Niro. Hemsworth plays a skilled thief trying to execute a large heist while under intense scrutiny.

Michelle Garza Cervera directs this film, written by Micah Bloomberg, which centers on Caitlyn (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), a mother and lawyer. Caitlyn hires Polly (Maika Monroe) as a nanny, remembering Polly previously helped her with a problem involving her landlord. Maika Monroe’s performance immediately suggests something is off about Polly, though her reasons for taking the job, even with her reservations, aren’t fully explained until a key reveal later in the film.

The popular Western series Landman is returning for a second season. After its November 2024 premiere, the show was quickly renewed and will be back on Paramount+ on November 16th. A new trailer recently released showcases the continuing story, starring Billy Bob Thornton as Tommy Norris, a landman navigating the booming oil industry of West Texas – a world of wealth and risk with significant impacts on the environment, the economy, and global politics. The first glimpse of Season 2 arrived in October.
