The fourth season of Mayor of Kingstown begins with the episode “Coming ‘Round the Mountain,” immediately continuing the intense storyline from the previous season’s cliffhanger. The show, created by Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon (who also stars as Ian), doesn’t shy away from the consequences of past events, permanently removing Iris from the story and setting Kyle up for a likely prison sentence.

And you can see that impact on every Batman cartoon that’s come after it. It’s exciting to see the upcoming Batman show planned for 2025 seems to be learning from that legacy. It’s a good reminder that there’s always space to try new things with Batman, especially in animation, and the 90s series proved that perfectly.
The new series will be written by acclaimed authors Phillip Kennedy Johnson and Benjamin Percy. It focuses on what happens when people try to loot Doctor Doom’s castle while he’s away, and the unexpected consequences they face. Expect plenty of surprises for anyone brave enough to enter Doom’s domain! Carlos Magno, Robert Gill, Justin Mason, and Georges Jeanty will provide the artwork.
Blumhouse revealed on X (formerly Twitter) that they’re developing both a live-action movie and an animated series based on the comic book Something Is Killing the Children. They shared a video announcement stating that the project, led by JamesTheFourth, Werther Dell’Edera, and Boom Studios, will bring the modern horror comic to life in two new formats.
