How Scarlett Johansson Feels About No Other Actors (Publicly) Supporting Her During Her Black Widow Legal Battle With Disney

Scarlett Johansson sued Disney because they released the movie Black Widow in theaters and on their streaming service, Disney+, at the same time. This happened during the COVID-19 pandemic when fewer people were going to the movies. However, Johansson’s contract allegedly promised an exclusive release in theaters first. Disney responded by saying the lawsuit was without merit and that the simultaneous release actually increased her potential earnings.
