He explained that he and artist Nick Dragotta added five extra pages to the final battle with Bane. They initially tried to fit it into the original 20 pages, but it felt rushed. DC Comics was supportive and allowed them the extra space and time. Snyder hopes fans will enjoy the expanded fight scene.
