But honestly, The Hunting Wives really got to me. The story took turns I absolutely did not see coming. We’ve seen thrillers about complicated friendships and small-town secrets before, but this one feels totally unique – it’s unlike anything else I’ve watched.
The film itself wasn’t the problem; rather, audiences are tired of the endless stream of similar team-up movies Marvel keeps releasing – it’s become almost like a parody of itself, reminiscent of the show The Boys. Thunderbolts was Marvel’s take on Suicide Squad and should have had its moment. While it played it a bit safer than James Gunn’s version, it was a fun, action-packed movie that finally gave a beloved character the spotlight.

As a huge movie fan, I’m really excited to hear they’re finally making another Jumanji! It’s been 30 years since the original came out, and it’s cool to see Jack Black, Karen Gillan, Dwayne Johnson, and Kevin Hart all back together for what sounds like the last adventure. Honestly though, part of me thinks it’s a good thing they’re wrapping up the series. I saw a picture on Instagram of Kevin Hart completely passed out in his costume on set, and it made me wonder how much more of that intense filming he can handle! It seems like they’re pushing everyone to their limits.
