Published in 1929, The Seven Dials Mystery features characters Lady Eileen “Bundle” Brent and Superintendent Battle, who first appeared in Agatha Christie’s 1925 novel, The Secret of Chimneys. However, the recent three-part miniseries, Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials, takes some liberties with the original story, altering the characters’ backgrounds and other plot details.
