The film received a 76% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and she won the Volpi Cup for Best Actress at the Venice Film Festival for her performance. Babygirl also proved to be a box office success, earning over $50 million.
The new horror film comes from Dave Caplan, the producer behind successful movies like Longlegs and The Monkey, and director Stephen Cognetti. Filming begins in September, and the story centers on Alice, who is haunted by a terrifying, laughing entity while guarding the body of an unknown miner in a secluded cabin. The plot follows Alice as strange occurrences lead her to believe the corpse isn’t truly dead, and the arrival of a mysterious woman near the forest pushes her into a terrifying reality where evil lurks both inside the cabin and just beyond her door.

Good news for fans – a new show, CIA, is coming to CBS! Digital Comic Awards 2026.” Readers chose their favorite manga from 100 titles suggested by different publishers. More than three million votes were submitted between September 22nd and November 30th, 2025, and the winning manga are expected to be the most popular releases of the year.
