
Paramount is getting ready to relaunch the Star Trek movies, and they’ve now chosen the team to write, direct, and produce the new film.
According to Deadline, the team who directed Dungeons & Dragons – Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley – will be directing a new Star Trek movie. This film will reportedly feature a new cast, meaning Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldaña, and the other actors from J.J. Abrams’ previous Star Trek films will not be returning.
The report also indicates that the new Star Trek movie will also feature new characters.
