I’ve spent ages digging through Minecraft seeds on Reddit, and honestly, there’s one from four years ago – posted by SnooEagles1425 – that I still think is the absolute worst. It’s a nightmare!

The Minecraft seed 3319325537721648691 starts you off directly on the beach of a massive Warm Ocean biome, with only a handful of small islands. As you can see in the picture, one of these islands is a small, rocky Stony Shore with no trees – definitely not a great place to build a base.

To the southeast lies a smaller landmass similar to this one. Further east, you’ll find two larger desert islands, though they aren’t any easier to live on. Don’t be fooled into thinking this inland sea is a good place to settle – the Warm Ocean is almost completely surrounded by harsh Badlands, with only a few Mangrove Swamps or Stony Peaks breaking up the landscape.

When you start the game, you’ll need to head quite a distance north, south, or west to get out of the Badlands. You’ll eventually reach a Savanna and some smaller Jungle areas. There are a couple of villages to the west where you can trade, but using a map like Chunkbase will help you find the right path. If you go too far in the opposite direction, you risk getting lost and running out of supplies in the vast Badlands.

Believe it or not, the starting location used to be even more difficult. In version 1.19, you’d appear directly on that small stone island in the ocean. Now, in version 1.21, the game starts you a little west, along the Badlands coast, but it’s still not much of an improvement.

So Bad It’s Good

This seed is likely the most difficult possible start in the game, and it’s really only for dedicated players. However, it’s worth trying just to see how unbelievably bad it is! It’s similar to watching a cheesy old movie for fun, or a friend giving you something intentionally awful just to see your reaction.

This seed has a lot of promise for a challenging Minecraft experience. Try playing a Hardcore game in version 1.19 using this seed and see how long you can last with the resources you find!

Players will need to make dangerous and lengthy trips to the nearby jungles to gather wood and other supplies, always racing against the setting sun and the creatures that come out at night. If you want a real challenge, try building a base right at the starting point – but you’ll have to quickly figure out how to travel across the large ocean.

Okay, so listen up, fellow gamers. I absolutely would not suggest this seed if you’re new to Minecraft, or if you’re just looking for a chill, laid-back game. Seriously, it’s rough. But honestly? It’s so bad, it’s almost fascinating. If you’re bored and want a completely different Minecraft experience, maybe give this seed a try – you won’t believe how wild it is!
