The DC Universe is bringing one of the most famous superhero groups to the small screen this fall.
James Gunn’s first chapter of the DC Universe, titled “Gods and Monsters,” will feature popular heroes and villains as DC Studios develops its new comic book world for both movies and TV. The next installment will be a show on HBO, and we’re now getting our first look at what it’s all about.
The trailer for the upcoming series, Lanterns, is now available. Along with the new footage, it’s been confirmed that the show will carry a TV-MA rating, according to its listing on HBO Max.
Lanterns debuts on August 16 on HBO.
